When it occurs

bbox must be four comma-separated numbers minLon,minLat,maxLon,maxLat with min < max and valid lon/lat ranges.

How to fix

Correct the bbox string to minLon,minLat,maxLon,maxLat and resubmit. Not retryable unchanged. Not retryable — fix the request before resubmitting; retrying unchanged returns the same error.
